Arun Valley to Everest Base Camp trek starts from Tumlingtar bazaar, located on the eastern Makalu region. Arun Valley trek is one of the classic route and then concludes at picturesque touristic town at Lukla, the trek is moderate in the beginning and more adventurous later.

Everest Base Camp is second busiest trekking destination after Annapurna region, one of the most unique journeys leading from mediterranean of mid hills to arctic landscapes and climate zone.

This trek leads through many traditional Sherpa and Kirat Rai villages famous as mountaineers and warm hospitality and has been a high altitude porters and guides since many decades.

This remarkable Arun Valley to Everest Base Camp trek starts from warm sub tropic of Arun Valley in Tumlingtar with a scenic flight which is one of the old and original gateway to Everest area and then over to famous Salpa pass at 3,349 meters and to Sonam, Gudel, Bung villages to reach Namche Bazaar at 3,440 meters. We will have acclimatization at Namche and then heading higher to Khumbu valley through the scenic religious spot of Thyangboche Monastery and Pangboche then finally reaching our destination at the lap of world’s highest Mountain, the Everest Base Camp at 5,360 meters and then climb up to Kalapathar the highest point of this trip at 5,555 meters. Our awesome trekking will end at scenic village at Lukla for flying back to Kathmandu.

We will walk mostly flat way up to Thugla. From Thugla, the trail is steep up for an hour and another one hour flat way to Lobuche. Lobuche village lies on the lap of Lobuche peak with wonderful views of mountains. Overnight at guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
